One of the largest northerly cities in the world is the city of Oulu in Finland.

Temperature, light or the lack of it, along with ice-hockey are ever present in the native mind. The beginning of this year, saw a new addition to local culture and the sporting landscape, in the form of Gaelic Football. Its arrival is stirring interest.

In the Podcast, Oulu Gaelic Football Club founder Cathaoir Sona, a man with Donegal and Nordic roots, along with PRO and new Finnish player, Juha Juutinen, talk about the birth of Gaelic football in the city.
