It turned out to be a great weekend for Gulf region teams in this year’s 2010 Asian Gaelic Games in Hong Kong as two of their teams, who had made the long trek, got to meet in the premier event, the Derek Brady mens football cup final. Dubai had led the group standings after Day 1 yesterday with final opponents Qatar next in line. In the mens hurling final, China took the honours by a slender point when beating Singapore/Vietnam while in the Ladies A Football Final, Singapore enjoyed a comprehensive win over Seoul Gaels.
