Round 2 of the Milwaukee Hurling Club League saw hot and humid conditions from the early morning last Sunday at Brown Deer Park. Conditions made it very difficult for some but McBob’s and Shamrock Club thrived with impressive wins and they now lead this 10 team league with two wins each. Later when things cooled off there was some very exciting fare, especially Packy’s one point win over Slim McGinn’s. In another nailbiter with the last puck of the game, Co Clare won a very exiting contest against Brocach. To tell us all about the day is MHC’s Karen Fink.
