The Barley house Wolves Hurling Team

GaelicSportsCast today journey’s to Concord, New Hampshire to report on the unique story of a bunch of New Hampshire US Army National Guard soldiers who in March 2005, while on a stopover at Shannon Airport after a one year tour of duty in Iraq, came up with the idea of starting off a hurling club. Major Ray Valas and First Sergeant Eddie Clements, explain how and why The Barley House Wolves Hurling Club came into being; their passion for the game, their upcoming hurling tour and latest redeployment, and along with Galway man, Daragh Madden, tell about the club’s progress and plans.
