Taiwan Ladies GAA celebrating after a match

Back in 1995, a hardy bunch of Irish immigrants …fresh off the plane…and led by the late Derek Brady from Kells in Meath, decided that it was high-time their new found home in Taiwan should have a Gaelic Football team.
Recounting those early days is Tipp native and club member Tony Lonergan, who explained to GaelicSportsCast  about the role the club played in getting the first Asian Gaelic Games off the ground at Manila in 1996.

(Due to a factual error, an earlier version of this Podcast has now been corrected).
